• Registered users are prohibited from sharing their login credentials with anyone else.
• We take care to ensure our services are appropriate for individuals of age 12 years and above.
• The registered user will be held responsible for any action performed using the login credentials of the said registered user.
• Registered users are strongly advised to ensure that the child that uses the services of e-kali using the login credentials of the said registered user, maintains the decorum that is expected in a classroom. The registered user will be held responsible for any obscene, or disturbing actions of any form, that may occur on the registered user’s side.
• The registered user(usually a parent or guardian) may accompany the child during classes, but the registered user in no way may interfere with the class.
• Any individual who is “competent/capable” of contracting according to the Indian Contracts Act, 1872 is eligible to register. Individuals who are minors, un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to register. As a minor if you wish to use our website or services, such use shall be made available to you by your legal guardian or parents, who has agreed to these Terms and Conditions. In the event a minor utilizes the website/services, it is assumed that he/she has obtained the consent of the legal guardian or parents and such use is made available by the legal guardian or parents. We will not be responsible for any consequence that arises as a result of misuse of any kind of our website or our services that may occur by virtue of any person including a minor registering for the services provided.
• We may terminate your subscription/registration and / or refuse to provide you with access to the services if it is discovered that you are under the age of 18 (eighteen) years and the consent to use the website or services is not made by your parent/legal guardian or any information provided by you is inaccurate.
• Users shall not divulge any kind of personal information (phone number, address, date of birth, details of family members, credit card numbers, school name etc. ) during online classes.
• We reserve the right to record and use any of our classes for quality and training purposes.
• Users are prohibited from recording the classes in any form.
• The user shall be solely responsible for compliance with any and all laws, rules, regulations, and tax obligations that may apply to the use of the site, and services. Users shall not use our website, or services to transmit, distribute, post or submit any information concerning any other person or entity, including without limitation, photographs of others without their permission, personal contact information or credit, debit, calling card or account numbers. Users shall not use our website, services or Collective Content in connection with the distribution of unsolicited commercial email (“spam”) or advertisements unrelated to lodging in a private residence. Users shall not “stalk” or harass any other user of our website, services or Collective Content, or collect or store any personally identifiable information about any other user. Users shall not contact another Member for any purpose other than asking a question related to an enrolment, course, listing, or the member’s use of the website, and services. Users shall not recruit or otherwise solicit any member to join third-party services or websites that are competitive to e-kali, without e-kali’s prior written approval. Users shall not recruit or otherwise solicit any member to join third-party services, applications or websites, without our prior written approval. Users shall not impersonate any person or entity, or falsify or otherwise misrepresent yourself or your affiliation with any person or entity. Users shall not use automated scripts to collect information from or otherwise interact with the website, services or Collective Content. violate these terms or e-kali’s then-current policies and or standards. Users shall not engage in disruptive, circumventive, abusive or harassing behaviour in any area or aspect of our website or services. Users shall not systematically retrieve data or other content from our Site, Application or Services to create or compile, directly or indirectly, in single or multiple downloads, a collection, compilation, database, directory or the like, whether by manual methods, through the use of bots, crawlers, or spiders, or otherwise. User shall not use, display, mirror or frame the website, services or Collective Content, or any individual element within the website, services or Collective Content, e-kali’s name, logo or other proprietary information, or the layout and design of any page or form contained on a page in the website, or services, without e-kali’s express written consent. Users shall not access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the website, or services, e-kali’s computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of e-kali’s providers. Users shall not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any e-kali system or network or breach any security or authentication measures. Users shall not avoid, bypass, remove, deactivate, impair, descramble, or otherwise circumvent any technological measure implemented by e-kali or any of e-kali’s providers or any other third party (including another user) to protect the website, services, Collective Content. Users shall not forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or newsgroup posting, or in any way use the website, services, or Collective Content to send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information. Users shall not decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software used to provide the website, services, or Collective Content. Users shall not advocate, encourage, or assist any third party in doing any of the foregoing. Users shall not accept or make a payment for course fees outside e-kali. If you do so, you acknowledge and agree that you: (i) would be in breach of these Terms; (ii) accept all risks and responsibility for such payment, and (iii) hold e-kali harmless from any liability for such payment.
• We do not ask anyone (registered or unregistered individuals) for any kind of personal information over phone calls or through e-mails. If any personal information is needed, we will collect such information through a scheduled video call for which prior notice will be given by us.
• For verification purposes, we may ask for a photo ID of the child for which you are availing our services.
• We reserve the right to not entertain requests for rescheduling of classes. In case the registered user needs rescheduling of any class, the registered user shall request for the rescheduling through an e-mail to our official e-mail ID, at least 48-hours prior to the beginning of the class for which rescheduling is needed.
• We do not refund any payments made by the registered user, except in the cases of double payments made mistakenly via online mode
• We reserve the right to not entertain requests for refunds for reasons of dissatisfaction over our services. If at all we decide to entertain requests for refund, we will refund an amount that is pro-rata with the unconsumed portion of the service for which the refund is requested.
• The distribution of classes across time for which the registered user has subscribed to will mostly be uniform and will be decided by us. Requests for scheduling classes in bulk or in any other way, may not be entertained.
• We will store internet cookies for the users of our website and/or services. Cookies are used to keep track of users’ preferences, for faster logins, and for purposes of analysis.
• Our website and services may contain links to third-party web content that are not under our direct control. The webpages that these links lead to will have privacy policy of their own. We are not responsible for any consequences that might arise out of your activity on such webpages.
• To attend classes, we recommend that the user use an internet connection of sufficiently high bandwidth. We are not responsible for any disruptions such as loss of connection, poor quality of audio and/or video etc. that might arise during the class. Loss of time due to any network-related issue is not our responsibility and we shall not compensate for such loss of time in any way.
• We may disclose any information that the registered user has provided us as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process.
• This contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India and shall be governed by the Indian laws. The language of arbitration shall be English.
• e-kali has the right to investigate and prosecute violations of any of the above to the fullest extent of the law. In addition, and as set in these terms, e-kali may take a range of actions against a user, including but not limited to deactivating or cancelling e-kali account, for a violation of these Terms.

Science Kit Terms and Conditions:

E-Kali is a company engaged in the business of packaging and selling of science kits. You (the “Customer”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions by using this website or any of E-kali’s science kits, which, including any online order performed by E-Kali and the Customer, comprise the whole agreement (“Agreement”) between E-Kali and the Customer.

• Product Representation/Specifications: We make every effort to guarantee that our product photos, descriptions, and pricing are correct. The physical appearance of items may change or vary in color from what is depicted in our manual or website owing to modifications made by sellers after the date of publication. We guarantee that the things you receive will meet or exceed all specified specifications. If there is a pricing error, please contact our support.
• Delivery: When the customer has received the consignment, the supplier has fulfilled the delivery commitment.
• Damaged Shipments: After receiving your E-Kali science kit shipment, please inspect it carefully for any internal damage or missing equipment. Any internal damage or missing equipment should be reported to the support number within one day after the delivery via phone call on our support number or email to support@e-kali.com. All containers and packing materials should be kept for inspection if you discover a deficit or damage upon opening a box.
• Payment Terms: All online orders must be prepaid. 7 Days Prior PO is required for bulk orders. Cash on delivery is not accepted. No credits.
• Order Cancellation Policy:

            -You have the option to cancel any online order before it is dispatched.

            -Customers who wish to cancel an order must first obtain approval from Customer Support by

              giving a valid reason.  

             -Any order that is not eligible for cancellation will be communicated by the sales team.

• Product Return Policy:

Once sold, a science kit cannot be returned, but can be exchanged if there is any physical damage or missing equipment at the time of delivery.

• Liability: The liability of E-Kali under this limited warranty does not cover any products that have been mistreated, changed, substituted or mishandled by the customer.
• Delivery: Science kit will be delivered within 6 working days of order confirmation.
